Senior Spotlight - Ashton Grossenbacher
1. What are your plans after high school (college, workforce, future profession)?
I want to go to Highland Community College, get my associates degree, and go from there.
2. What was the biggest change for you between your freshman and senior year?
I didn't know what to expect my freshman year. Throughout high school, my classes weren't as hard as I thought they were going to be. I never thought my high school years would go by fast to the point that I'm starting my senior year of high school.
3. What person do you look up to the most and why?
I look up to everyone because I'm short. LOL! I really look up to my parents. They have taught me a lot of things in my life and have prepared me for the real world. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't know what to expect in the real world.
4. What will you miss most about Forreston High School?
I will miss seeing all of my friends and my favorite teachers every day. I will also miss doing art class, making pottery, and making fun projects. Not going to Forreston every day will be a big change for me when I graduate.
5. What advice would you give incoming freshmen?
Don't be afraid to ask teachers for help if you don't get how to do something. Enjoy the time you have in high school because it goes by fast. High school may seem hard, but once you get the hang of things, it's not so bad.
