Mrs. Politsch has been in education for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Deaf Education from Illinois State University and her Master's Degree in Special Education from Western Governor's University. Prior to teaching special education, Mrs. Politsch was an itinerant teacher for students who are deaf/hard of hearing for 15 years, serving students throughout the Ogle, Stephenson, Carroll and JoDavies counties. Mrs. Politsch is an alumni of the Forrestville Valley School District, so teaching at FJSHS is just like being "home". Mrs. Politsch's interests outside of school include attending her kids' activities, which takes up much of her time!
