FFA Meats CDE
On Saturday, November 16, 2019, the Forreston FFA traveled to Eickman’s in Seward to compete in the section 1 Meat CDE. There they judge a class of ribs, hams, and hog carcasses, as well as parts identification and quality and yield grading. This is a very useful skill for these future consumers. Thank you Eickman’s for always hosting and teaching our youth about meat science!
