This will be my sixth year as a teacher in the Forrestville Valley School District teaching 1st Grade. I grew up and graduated from Forreston and am proud to call it my home. I received my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Rockford University and am getting my Master's from Concordia University Chicago in Curriculum & Instruction. I am a huge sports fan and love supporting the Forreston Cardinals, Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs. I enjoy baking, reading, taking my dog Annie for a walk and spending time with my family, especially my 2 younger brothers and my nephew. I love to travel, and one of my favorite spots is Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I am looking forward to a great year in First Grade!
