I am so excited for my first year teaching in Forreston! I have been in education for 18 years and have spent most of that time teaching 5th grade. I grew up in Leaf River and am a graduate of Forreston High School. I earned my B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in English from Olivet Nazarene University in 2003. For the past 13 years, I have lived in San Antonio Texas where my husband is from. Last July we made the decision to move back to the area, and I am so happy to be back! I have two amazing children who attend Forreston Grade School, Cora and Alexander. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year with some amazing 5th graders!
