I am certified as a School Social Worker and I am looking forward to supporting the social and emotional needs of elementary students at German Valley and Forreston Grade Schools this school year. I am originally from Michigan, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Trinity Christian College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University. Prior to working in the schools, I worked in the field of child welfare where I facilitated case management and service referral for children and families in order to build on strengths within the family as well as the community.
