Good Morning FJSHS Parents/Guardians,
Forreston Jr/Sr High School would like to invite all local Veterans to a Breakfast in their honor on Tuesday, November 11th. Breakfast will be served in the FJSHS Cafeteria from 7:00am through 7:30am. At 7:30am Forreston High School Redbird Regiment under the direction of Travis Cunningham will be performing a short concert followed by a presentation by FJSHS Social Studies Department. Part of that presentation will be a Slideshow Dedication to our Local Veterans. If you or a loved one served or currently serving, we would like a picture to add to our Slideshow. Please have your child email the picture to Mr. Joel Tuten, our Social Studies Teacher by Thursday, November 6th. Please allow us to honor and thank you for your service this Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11th.

Pumpkins! Art club this week painted pumpkins for the upcoming holiday.

October is bullying prevention month. High School computers students created anti-cyber bullying posters that will be hung in the hallways for this month.

This week the 7th grade math students worked on scale drawing a box side. They have been working on scale factors and calculating new side length as well as areas.
