Senior Spotlight - Kobe Southerland
1. What activities/athletics were you involved with at FHS?
I was involved in band, golf, and baseball during my time at FHS.
2. What was the biggest change for you between your freshman and senior year?
The biggest change for me was from focusing on athletics my freshman year to putting all of my focus towards academics and working.
3. What advice would you give an incoming freshman?
Be confident in who you are and focus on being yourself instead of always pleasing others.
4. What do you look forward to the most during your senior year?
I look most forward to the Fine Arts Trip.
5. What are your plans after high school?
I plan to attend Augustana College to major in Pre-Physical Therapy and plan to go to grad school at WashU to continue my education after Augustana.
6. What is your favorite memory at FHS?
My favorite memory at FHS was in freshman year when we played two different songs right in front of the judges stand at the Autumn on parade and Mr. Cunningham was very upset for several days.
7. Who do you admire the most and why?
I admire my grandfather the most because he has taught me the most in life and has always been there for me through my highs and lows.
