Next week brings an end to the 3rd Quarter. Please note a few important reminders and updates:
TRANSPORTATION REMINDER
Please remember if there are any transportation change requests to a location that was not previously provided as the pick up/drop off location, the student must receive a bus pass approved by administration. This permission should be granted PRIOR to the start of the school day. For the safety of all students, prior approval must be obtained. Please do not request a change the day of, and assume this change will be granted. If you have an emergency situation, please contact your child’s school.
GOOGLE SERVICES FOR EDUCATION UPDATE
Forrestville Valley currently makes use of free Google services for education. Starting this month, educational institutions must annually review and reconfirm access to additional services provided by Google. This notice is to provide you with this confirmation.
Google Workspace for Education is a set of core education productivity services which include Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Classroom, and more. At Forrestville Valley School District, students will use their Google Workspace for Education accounts to complete assignments, communicate with their teachers, and learn 21st century digital citizenship skills. Along with the core productivity services from Google there are other productivity services called Additional Services. All productivity services, core and additional, will be utilized for educational purposes only.

Hello, GVGS Families!
We are excited to let you know we have scheduled our Spring Family Engagement Night for Tuesday, March 11, 5:30-7:00 PM. The evening will include a light meal and fun activities for you and your whole family to enjoy! This event is open to all ELA Preschool, LCP Preschool, and Kindergarten families.
Please see the attached flyer for more details. In addition, it is very important that you RSVP for this event so we can be sure to have enough food and materials for the planned activities. Please be sure to RSVP by FEBRUARY 28!

1. The name of your student
