Senior Spotlight - Danica Fong
1. What do you look forward to the most during your senior year?
I look forward to graduating, playing in the school's drumline for the last few times, and spending time with close friends before we head out for college.
2. What activities/athletics are you involved with at FHS?
I am involved in National Honor Society, Band, Scholastic Bowl, Spanish Club, and Art Club.
3. What are your post-Forreston plans?
I plan to attend a 4-year university with a focus in (mechanical) engineering. I also want to take the opportunity to study abroad and experience other cultures from different parts of the world.
4. What advice would you give an incoming freshman?
Don’t stress over the small things; it’s not worth the hassle. Time really flies from freshman year, so make those years count in the best way possible.

Similar to Roberts LOVE Sculpture in currently at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, students have been designing a cardboard construction. This construction must be a four letter word that describes them. Color choices were picked using color theory.
Students will be wrapping up this project next week and will be shown at the Art Show in Early May, here at Forreston.

Check out our students amazing work at Mimmos, Library, Koeller Hardware, Bleu Cedar, R&S and lastly the local Vet!

Next Art club will be December 8th anyone 6 grade-12th grade is welcomed, even if they are not an art student!
